The 3.5" opening swallows my small notepad and combo square with room to spare, and the two outside slots keep my Pica marker right where I can grab it. Clips onto my belt and stays put all day on the job. Exactly what I needed to stop digging through my pockets.

The 3.5" opening fits my small notepad and combo square without cramming, which is exactly what I needed. The two outside slots hold a pencil and a Sharpie snugly so nothing rattles around. It's become the one pocket I actually check before heading out to the shop.

The 3.5" opening fits my combo square and a small notepad at the same time, which is exactly what I needed. The two outside slots hold a pencil and a sharpie without them sliding out when I bend over. Stitching feels solid after a couple weeks on the job.
