The pad clicks right onto the loop material inside my belt and stays put all day. My lower back felt noticeably less achy after a full shift on my feet.

Didn't think I needed this until I tried it on a full day of carrying tools, and my lower back felt noticeably better by the afternoon. The pad sits right against the small of my back and stays put since it grips the loop material. Wish I'd grabbed one sooner.

The pad clips onto the loop material inside my belt without any fuss, and it stays put through a full day of lifting. Only gripe is it's a bit thin for how much time I spend on my feet, but for the price it's a solid add-on.
