The Hypalon lining really does keep my chisel from slicing through, which was my main worry with cheaper sheaths. The HD clip holds tight on my 2" work belt and hasn't budged through a full day of framing. Fits my large-handle utility knife perfectly.

Dropped this on my belt before a weekend of framing and it hasn't budged once. The 1000D nylon shell shrugs off scrapes against lumber and concrete, and my chisel slides in without poking through the sides. The clip grabs 2" webbing way tighter than the old loop I had.

The Hypalon lining is the real win here, my chisel doesn't chew through the bottom like it did in my old nylon sheath. Clip grabs my 2" webbing solid and hasn't budged after a month of daily use.
